A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in business, Zev further honed his culinary skills at the prestigious French Culinary Institute.
Z Group Hospitality, led by visionary entrepreneur Zev Sibony, has become a cornerstone of the Ocean City dining scene. The journey began with the opening of the flagship 45th Street Taphouse, renowned for its exciting seafood fare and vibrant atmosphere. This success paved the way for further expansion, including the Tavern Taphouse, offering a cozy pub-style setting with hearty, traditional offerings, and the West O Taphouse, which brings a unique blend of Americana and smokehouse themes.
Recognizing the community's desire for diverse dining options, Z Group Hospitality introduced Taylor's Neighborhood Restaurant, specializing in comfort-style family fare, and Holy Macaroni, a fast-casual concept elevating macaroni and cheese to new culinary heights. Each establishment reflects the group's commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring memorable meals for every guest
